UPPERCUT CREATIONS wants to bring awareness that twenty-two veterans tragically take their own lives each day. This statistic came all too real when we lost Brenden Helwer after a long-fought battle with an enemy called PTSD, who passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 6, 2024. Brenden was born on November 4, 1993, in Saginaw, MI, and graduated from Frankenmuth High School in 2012 where he was very involved in sports. After high school, he honorably served in the U.S. Marine Corps until 2016. He was passionate about riding motorcycles, especially with fellow Marine Corps Brothers, Leathernecks MC. Brenden was a passionate goofball with a quirky, fun sense of humor, who would do anything to help anyone.
We at Uppercut Creations want to continue to pass the torch in recognizing that we must come together to combat this crisis. Let's uplift our veterans by assuring them that hope is real, help is available, and recovery is possible. If you know a veteran in distress, don't wait—reach out to emergency services immediately.
